There did not appear to be any technical support or user manuals available, but the application's single feature and automatic operation made this unnecessary. The program, itself, is a basic menu with a dated appearance that creates a list of system information. The extensive information could then be copied to the clipboard by Akamai Manager the only menu button at the window's bottom. This could then be pasted into a separate document or an e-mail for sending. The information loaded into the program quickly and accurately during testing and the copied information matched that in the program when transferred.
